Salutare!!! Am primit de vreo saptamana, de la buna prietena Adriana un program dragut de geno. M-am apucat de el si pana acum m-am tinut cu incapatanare. Ieri am facut 80 de bucatele cu greutate in spate: victorieeeeeee!!!!!!! Imi place ca se pot face si acasa foarte lejer. Imi doresc sa nu ma als de el in cele cateva zile cat sunt plecata.

Pentru cele sau cei care vor un  posterior tonifiat, mai jos programul;) spor la genoflexiuni!!!!
